WEB site and use of email
The WEB is used intensively for the instruction.
The assignment as well as necessary instructional material is distributed through the WEB site. Internet is accessible through the computers at the room 302 computer lab.

Assignments
There are hand drafted drawing and computer generated drawing assignments. Students are expected to produce professional quality perspectives without color. The CAD program used in this class is AutoCAD only. There will be in-class assignments and homework assignments. Every students are expected to spend 4 to 6 hours of homework time every week.
Grading
Each assignment will have credit (correct) or noncredit (incorrect) grade according to the correctness of the technique. Some assignments beyond line-composition will have letter grades according to the composition, line quality, and line weights. The assignment grade is computed by the average of the letter grade multiplied by the percentage of the correct assignments.
In addition, attendance, observed performance, class participation will weigh 10% of the final grade.

A = 4
A- = 3.7
B+ = 3.3
B = 3.0
B- = 2.7
C+ = 2.3
C = 2.0
C- = 1.7
D+ = 1.3
D = 1.0
D- = 0.7
F = 0
Project Deadline Policy
No project will be accepted after deadline without proper school policy accepted evidence of excuse.
Submit your project on time even if it is incomplete. Non or late submission will receive an F grade.
Project Improvement Policy
Students are allowed to improve the assignment grade by resubmitting. Incorrect assignments can be changed to correct grades with full credits. Letter grade can be changed up to one full letter grade depending on the quality of work.
Safety and Security Issues
Please be alert about personal safety and your belongings including computer and drafting equipment. Try to be with your friend while staying in the classroom late at night and walking to your car.
